Returns & Refunds

All artworks sold through Serene Textures are original, handcrafted pieces. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged items  
Please inspect your artwork upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@serenetextures.com with photos of the issue so we can assist you.

If the damage is confirmed, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.
