About the Artist

Hello, I’m Solitta — the artist behind Serene Textures.

Art began as a quiet passion I explored in my spare time during Melbourne’s Covid lockdown in July 2021, and it quickly became a space where I could slow down, express emotion, and create something meaningful through texture and form. Entirely self-taught, each piece reflects my evolving artistic language and personal journey. Today, I continue to create outside of my 9–5, dedicating my evenings to what I love most, with the intention of one day pursuing art full time.

Serene Textures is my creative practice — a contemporary collection of original abstract works devoted to exploring texture, movement, and emotion through sculptural mediums. Each piece is created slowly and intentionally using layered techniques and tactile forms that invite both visual and sensory experience. Inspired by nature, stillness, and organic rhythm, my work reflects a balance between softness and structure — calm yet expressive, minimal yet deeply dimensional.

Working primarily with high-quality gesso, modelling paste, and acrylic mediums on professional canvas, every artwork is entirely one of a kind. No replicas are ever produced, allowing collectors to own something truly singular.

Serene Textures was founded on the belief that art should feel personal — not just something you see, but something you feel. Each piece is designed to bring quiet luxury, warmth, and presence into the spaces it inhabits.

Art is never rushed here. Every texture, curve, and layer is placed with intention, allowing the artwork to evolve naturally until it feels complete. This slow process ensures each piece carries its own energy, depth, and story.
